Key Responsibilities
- Engage collaboratively with clients to assess their requirements and long-term aspirations, translating insights into strategic action plans.
- Design, implement, and optimize solutions that incorporate cloud migration strategies, state-of-the-art cybersecurity frameworks, and digital engineering methodologies.
- Architect and supervise the development of products and processes while championing engineering excellence through automation in digital engineering.
- Employ advanced tools such as Came, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and M&S to craft tailored solutions architecture that meets diverse client needs.
- Steer the team in converting solution architecture into deployable software releases, facilitating cloud transitions and enhancing processes via Agile Digital Engineering methodologies.
- Contribute substantively to mission-critical requirements for NMC and NAVAIR, addressing unique scenarios that enhance the operational effectiveness of our armed forces.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in software architecture and design.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with experience working with clients and government representatives.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading and managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) context.
- Must possess the willingness and capability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- A valid CompTIA Security+ certification is required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science is essential.
