CX Data Analyst Analyst
Hybrid in Plano, TX (2 days onsite)
Contract
We are seeking a skilled CX Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI/ML modeling, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), and a strong foundation in SQL for data manipulation. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and creating insightful data visualizations using tools like QlikSense or Tableau.
Qualifications • Ability to independently build datasets and automate data pipelines from disparate sources for dashboarding, modeling and analysis using SQL with minimal guidance. • Proficient in using Python for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and ML models development. • Proficiency in creating impactful visualizations and dashboards to present KPIs, trends, and customer journey insights in Tableau or Qlik Sense. • Hands-on experience with version control using GitHub. • Experience working in cloud environments like AWS. • Expertise in designing and analyzing experiments, developing causal models, and performing detailed statistical analyses to inform decision-making. • Expertise in mapping and analyzing customer journeys and developing insights through automated reports. • Proven track record in defining new KPIs in a data driven way, conducting impact analysis, and relating metrics to broader business KPIs and ROI. • Hands-on experience of applying basic ML models for predictive analytics and KPI optimization. • Familiarity with GenAI models and applications & leveraging them to automate inferences from data (structured & unstructured)
