Entry Level Manager Position Responsibilities:
- Introduce client products and services through a fine-tuned sales process where you can determine what fits customer needs through direct communication and problem-solving
- Use of sales and engagement techniques to build relationships in-person with existing and prospective customers
- Working with client representatives and more senior members of the management teams to ensure proper protocol and industry knowledge
- Update and maintain client records while following compliance and confidentiality guidelines
- Account management through regular training in entry-level and management expectations as outlined by the client
- Office coordination duties as needed for morning and evening meetings/collaborations
We are currently looking for entry-level individuals with experience in customer service and sales. Due to expansion, we are willing to train highly motivated people into management, customer service, and sales leadership positions.
