We are seeking a
Sales Enablement Learning Graphic Designer on a
contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is
a hybrid setup (onsite 3 days a week) in Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA.
As a
Sales Enablement Learning Designer, you’ll get to design and build a variety of sales enablement training programs, courses, and assets to help develop knowledge and skills across the sales teams.
If you are a creative person that likes to design workshops, edit videos, design graphics, outline courses, streamline copy, facilitate instructor-led training, and create visually compelling slides, then this role may be a great fit for you!
As a Key Member Of The Learning Design Team, You’ll Get The Opportunity To Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts Across The Organization To Produce a Wide Variety Of Content Including
- Live Instructor Led Workshops: both in person and virtual (ILT & VILT).
- On-Demand Courses: e-learning courses, just in time content.
- Job Aids: simple, clear instructions on guides on how to do something in sales.
- Additional sales enablement tools including: videos, infographics, slide decks, logos, flow charts, diagrams – you name it!
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to develop content
- Graphic Design: Create logos, diagrams, infographics, process flowcharts and other visual content (and for learning programs)
- Lesson Design: Design interactive assets, courseware, and videos using adult learning theory that appeals to various learning styles and international audiences.
- Presentation Design: Create visually appealing slide decks for training programs.
- Interactive Learning Experiences: Design engaging activities and assignments to ensure learners get a chance to practice and refine what they learn.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Please include a link to a portfolio with some samples of your work. This can be anything from courses, guides, slide decks, videos, infographics, job aids or anything that highlights your design expertise.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic and/or instructional design
- Eye for Design: able to create visually appealing courses, content, diagrams and slides that are clean, modern and well laid out.
- Make Complex Concepts Simple: able to translate complex concepts into simple terms and organize it in a way that’s easy to understand.
- Experience in common Sales tools: Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, etc
- Experience with Design Tools: experience with authoring, multimedia, and graphics tools including Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia Video Editing, PowerPoint, Google Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Manage Work in Remote Environment: ability to work both independently and in teams, balance multiple projects and prioritize time well.
Other Qualifications:
- Sales Enablement experience with knowledge of sales methodology and skills.
- Tech Experience preferably with a Software As A Service (SAAS) company.
- Create Enjoyable Learning Experiences: create learning experiences that are fun to attend, interactive and engage learners in a way that deepens learning.
- Project Management experience coordinating project meetings, tasks, deadlines and status updates and project team motivation create a positive project atmosphere.
- LMS Experience: Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS).
- Attention to Detail: ability to spot content issues and release materials with a high level of polish.
- Learning Design: Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models including learning assessments.
- Latest Design Trends: familiarity with cutting edge learning and development trends
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Rapport: ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues and work collaboratively, interview SMEs and gather the necessary information to create content.
