Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Administrator to oversee the architecture and administration of our Active Directory environment. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Active Directory’s various aspects, ensuring a secure and efficient operation while contributing to the overall IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural discussions and implement directory services strategies.
- Provide tier two support for all Identity and Access Management (IAM) services.
- Offer tier one and tier two support for directory-related inquiries.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles for IAM services.
- Create instructional videos to assist with IAM service training.
- Mentor and train junior Support Analysts, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Ensure ongoing projects, such as the Directory Reviewer Refresh, remain on schedule and up to date.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of advanced experience in Active Directory architecture and administration.
- 3-5 years of general Windows Server administration experience.
- 2 years of experience administering Azure Active Directory.
- Proficiency in PowerShell or equivalent scripting languages (Python/C#).
- Familiarity with LDAP Administration (e.g., ODSEE, OpenLDAP, OpenDJ).
- Experience with Azure Active Directory Connect and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Previous experience in Privileged Access Management and Identity & Access Management.
- Basic knowledge of SQL with the ability to write simple queries.
- Understanding of Linux Operating System.
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and troubleshooting network issues.
- Experience in 3rd party and Microsoft Certificate Authority management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Active Directory administration.
- Strong background in Windows Server and Azure Active Directory.
- Proven ability to mentor and train junior team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
