We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our organization's technology strategy to align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that optimize our IT infrastructure, applications, and processes to support scalability, security, and efficiency across the enterprise.

Location: The person selected for this position will be required to be located in Atlanta or within or near the Memphis Metropolitan Area where the plant will be located (Marshall County, MS). Memphis Metropolitan Area is preferred.
Responsibilities
- The responsibilities include defining, designing, developing, implementing & managing Enterprise Architecture across the organization for all Business, enterprise and manufacturing systems including IT Infrastructure.
- This role will be reporting to CIO and serves as the technical leader for the IT organization to guide and ensure delivery of optimal IT platforms and solutions.
- Envision, Communicate and evolve organizations enterprise architecture to ensure IT strategy is aligned to Business goals & priorities.
- Work closely with senior executives, SMEs / business to understand business / architectural requirements.
- Coordinate and anchor various EA initiatives spanning across various technology domains for defining the Enterprise Architecture, maintenance and conformance management of the Enterprise Architecture.
- Provide architectural leadership in resolution of inter-program and inter-project issues.
- Work with vendors to expedite various EA initiatives.
- Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of comprehensive solutions across multiple domains.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technologies and methodologies, incorporating them into our solutions where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the architecture and systems designed to create an overview of the current and future state of the organization’s IT systems.
- Preparing future technology needs by studying industry and technology trends to find areas for improvement and new technology that may benefit the organization.
- Drive and lead proof of concepts to evaluate technology stack.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the IT organization.
- Evaluate existing systems and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (7+ years) as an IT architect or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. (Overall 15+ years’ experience in IT)
- Experience in handling Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and Consulting. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies. Proficiency in system design, integration, and implementation.
- Experience in working with CTO/CIO and Chief Architect.
- Experience in developing and presenting business cases.
- Experience in handling large transformation engagements, which consists of diverse technology Stack
- Hands on expertise in implementation for more than one area- Application Rationalization/ Application Portfolio Assessment/ Application Modernization/ Digital Transformation/ ERP Transformation for manufacturing industry.
- Good awareness/exposure on emerging technology trends such as I4.0, Data & Analytics, Gen AI etc.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, such as Zachman, and TOGAF.
- Certified in TOGAF or similar certification is a plus.
- Working knowledge of EA tools like System Architect/Troux etc.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Drive EA governance (ARB) comprising of IT & Business stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with IT and business organization to drive consensus in architecture decisions.
- Experience/knowledge in project management.
- Understanding of Manufacturing Business Domain (for example, engineering, manufacturing, planning etc.), standards & regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
