Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the efficient delivery of a diverse array of services, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive behavioral health system that spans the entire continuum of care.
- Act as the main liaison between the Executive and Senior Vice Presidents and the state’s Assistant Vice Presidents and Program Directors, fostering effective communication.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral health administration and operations.
- Proficient in financial management and strategic planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Understanding of New York’s service landscape and community needs.
- Proven capability in managing multiple programs and service systems.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist) in New York State.
- A minimum of seven years' experience in managing behavioral health operations in a relevant setting.
- Strong knowledge of OMH regulations (Article 31 and CFTSS) is highly desired.
- Experience with child welfare populations and program launches is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of \(115,000 to \)135,000. In addition, we offer:
