Overview:
We are seeking a polished and highly professional Project Manager with strong Customer Experience (CX) experience. This role will focus on managing and delivering customer-facing applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and providing excellent communication with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects related to customer-facing applications within the CX domain, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and effectively manage project budgets.
- Guide project teams through Agile and SDLC methodologies to ensure successful project execution and delivery of polished solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of project goals.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain project integrity and continuity.
- Uphold industry standards and best practices, with a focus on enhancing customer experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- PMP certification (Active, no exceptions)
- Extensive experience managing customer-facing applications and large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience with Agile methodology and delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to effectively communicate with executive teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, including budget forecasting and risk management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
