Role: Sr. Change Manager

Responsibilities:Responsibilities of the Change Manager will include, but are not limited to:
- Development and implementation of a Change Management Communication Plan for managing and communicating changes.
- Maintain a stakeholder assessment which identifies the individuals and groups affected by change.
- Ensure the alignment of change management activities with various stakeholders to support the adoption process, as it relates to the implementation of various eHealth initiatives.
- Ensure all stakeholders are actively engaged in the change, consulted with, and communicated to.
- Build consensus among various stakeholders on specific changes designed to better meet their needs.
- Development of training plan(s) through engagement with various stakeholder groups.
- Development of various training tools to support end-user training and adoption, including the facilitation of training sessions.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role:
- University Degree Or
- Community College Diploma Or
- Special Experience Equivalency
- 10+ years of demonstrated IM/IT Experience.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Change Manager in eHealth.
- Written and spoken competence in both English and French is required.
- Must be available to work in Fredericton, NB upon assignment of contract.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in Change Management and in the development of change management plans.
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in development of training and communication plans.
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in the development of various communications to appropriate stakeholder groups, in support of the changes brought about by a new program and/or initiative.
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience engaging various stakeholders in contributing to effective change.
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in the development of various training tools and/or reference guides, in support of the changes brought about by a new program and/or initiative.
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability in working effectively with a diverse group of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience working in eHealth or Digital Health as a Change Manager - preference will be given for direct Change Manager on Citizen Access to Personal Health Information” project(s).
- Certification in Change Management would be considered an asset.
