Role Overview
RevolutionEHR (an Integrated Practice Solutions, Inc. company) is a fast-growing and leading eyecare software company providing a cloud based Electronic Health Record and practice management software for optometry to over 18,500 providers and 59,000 users in the US and Canada is looking for an Implementation Specialist. Implementation Specialists have an important role within our Electronic Health Record software’s new customer onboarding process. They are responsible for making a customer’s transition to RevolutionEHR a smooth experience. Following a discovery call with the customer, the specialist will handle the facilitation of the implementation process until the customer is live with the software in their practice. Responsibilities
Our Implementation Specialists are critical members of our team, ensuring our new customers have the highest level of support during their implementation period
- Schedule and perform discovery calls with new practices, gather all necessary information related to the practice, staff, data conversion, and anticipated go live date
- Make a personal connection with the doctor and key staff, learn individual practice workflow and office needs, introduce the online platform (Google Classroom) for education
- Follow up emails and calls as needed throughout the implementation process
- Address questions via phone, email and Google Classroom
- Assist Quality Assurance team with testing as needed
- Maintain active classrooms which includes but is not limited to daily posts, delivery of implementation videos, and addresses questions and comments through stream
- Maintain video library and documentation to stay up to date and complete
- Ensure customers stay on track with timeline, delivering quizzes and coordinating data transfer as needed
- Coordinate additional assistance with SME team if needed
Qualifications
We seek candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can pivot quickly when needed. Candidates should have experience in most of the following areas:
- Minimum two years Clinic/In-office or in-practice experience in an eye care setting
- Experience with EMR/EHR software
- HIPAA requirements knowledge, a plus
- Passionate, customer-champion with proven ability to provide remote customer support
- Ability to research answers and provide solutions quickly and independently.
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; adept knowledge of application sharing tools and environments
- Experience with Google Classroom is a plus
