We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team and help streamline our day-to-day operations.
Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly by coordinating various tasks across departments. You will support the management team by organizing resources, managing schedules, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Taking customer service phone calls and email queries
· Schedule and allocate allocating service calls to engineers
· Raising purchase orders for customer consumables, engineer parts and arranging delivery
· Raising orders with suppliers
· Raising equipment invoices
· Monitoring automatic replenishment systems
· Adding and removing stock consumable from Warehouse stock list and Sage
· Complete Purchase order invoices when consumables/parts have been delivered
· Using the CRM system to manage stock
· Liaising with Suppliers for Parts, Consumables and Machine ETAs, stock, and pricing.
· Updating Insite Operations procedures files
· Updating Insite product codes on Procedures and Sage
· Responsible for all fleet vehicle checks
· Cover for staff holidays in other areas of the Admin office.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excel in customer service
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
