Your Role Will Involve But Not Limited To
- Data management consisting of Intelligent Office data entry
- Obtaining illustrations and providing research materials for our paraplanner
- Dealing with clients directly, keeping promises and making them feel loved
- Gathering and preparing excel:based client valuations
- Arranging client meetings, including booking meeting rooms and adviser diary management
- Supporting the senior administrator
Essential Skills Required
- At least 18 months experience as a financial services administrator
- Hold CII/RO certificate or working towards your qualifications
- Working knowledge of Intelligent Office and platform experience
- An understanding of excel, outlook and teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
- Ability to work alone and use your own initiative
