About the Job:
- Provide front desk coverage by greeting employees and clients in person and over the phone.
- Manage a busy phone line, prepare correspondence, and serve as a general gatekeeper for the office.
- Provide administrative overflow support.
- Coordinate and prepare conference rooms and manage a busy conference room calendar.
- Maintain the appearance of the front office, distribute mail, and other administrative tasks assigned.
