Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the sourcing, nurturing, and closure of new client relationships, primarily leveraging your professional network and industry contacts, with a strong emphasis on non-inbound leads.
- Cultivate robust, long-lasting connections with midsize to enterprise-level clients across various sectors, particularly in the Consumer domain, including Retail, Logistics, and Distribution.
- Develop and maintain valuable business relationships that lead to significant engagement opportunities.
- Present our compelling value proposition, customized to meet the distinct needs of senior executives at prospective clients.
- Manage project scopes and engagements to deliver tailored business solutions that satisfy client objectives.
- Strategically plan and oversee lead generation and sales initiatives to achieve annual revenue benchmarks and corporate goals.
- Coordinate and mobilize diverse teams—including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams—throughout the intricate sales process.
- Identify and manage key risks through tactical planning and proactive measures.
Required Skills
- Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in selling professional IT or software services.
- Extensive background in technology consulting and services, especially as a hunter of new accounts.
- Proven track record in sourcing, nurturing, and closing deals in both midsize and enterprise sectors.
- Deep understanding of the industry landscape, including key players, strategies, client structures, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.
- A strategic, innovative, and analytical sales approach aimed at developing client relationships.
- Proficient knowledge of commonly used software systems and data within the industry.
