Actively seeking a Pricing Analyst/Senior Pricing Analyst for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. The analyst assists with the daily and monthly reporting of client, practice, industry, and office results to individual partners and other internal stakeholders of the Firm.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (3 Days In Office) | Manhattan, NY
PAY: $90 - $130K (Commensurate w/Experience & Years in a Law Firm) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 3-7+ yrs Experience in a Financial Planning and Analyst role, or Pricing Analyst within a Professional Services organization or Law Firm; Experience in an industry that bills clients by the hour
- Strong MS Office Suite Experience; Including Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Models) and PowerPoint
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills to be able to make presentations and put together analytical reports
- Experience using SQL or Power BI is PREFERRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Pricing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with attorneys and management to develop and refine pricing strategies
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze historical billing data, client financials, and market trends to create pricing models and forecasts
Client Proposals and Fee Arrangements:
- Assist in developing client proposals, including alternative fee arrangements, fixed fees, and contingency fees
Financial Modeling:
- Create and maintain financial models to project revenue impacts of different pricing scenarios
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure pricing practices comply with relevant regulations and internal policies
