Job Overview
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions within the organization. You will be responsible for assisting with various HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Records meeting minutes and prepares summary of proceedings
Maintains the employee information system
Update and audit HR and payroll records
Responds to phone calls
Sets up the personnel files and databases for contract employees
Exercises discretion in all matters of confidentiality
Gathers and assembles information for reports as directed by supervisor
Administers training invitations, registrations, and confirmations
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years prior experience in a human resources or benefit support related role
High school diploma or GED
