SmartGladiator is currently looking for a HR/Operatons Coordinator to work directly with the CEO in growing the business through its people.

The HR Coordinator supports the CEO/Owners in all areas related to operations and human resources, as well as being the liaison with the employees. The HR Coordinator will be working closely with the owner on growing the business through its people.
This position is on-site, remote work is not available.
Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruiting
- Employee Training
- Establish ways to increase employee engagement and productivity
- Employee Performance Reviews
- Develop processes and procedures
- Employee Offboarding
- Stay up to date on employment laws
- Support the owner’s vision and mission
- Support the sales team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Experience in Operations helpful
- Experience working in a small business or startup preferred
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Accomplishes tasks with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
