* Provide exceptional technical support to end users via phone, troubleshooting and resolving device hardware and software issues.
* Handle mobile device activations, configurations, and troubleshooting for diverse platforms, including iOS and Android.
* Diagnose and analyze technical problems, guiding end users through step-by-step solutions.
* Manage and maintain detailed account notations of customer interactions.
* Uphold company policies regarding the handling and storage of sensitive information.
* Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new hires with company systems.
* Utilize a ticketing system to log, prioritize, and track help desk tickets.
* Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, average handling time, and customer satisfaction audits.
