JBAndrews is working with a growing AI Imaging startup. The companyis transforming radiology with cloud and AI-driven image analysis, enhancing PACS and reporting.
Responsibilities:
As a Full-Stack Engineer you will lead projects from start to finish, contributing to the AI copilot for radiologists. You’ll work across Django backend, React/Redux/TypeScript frontend, and tackle complex technical challenges like optimizing performance-critical image processing.
You will need to be a Product-Focused Engineer taking take full ownership and being highly product-minded, ensuring to never lose sight of the user experience. Expect daily calls with radiologists to deeply understand their needs.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience building web applications across frontend and backend
- Strong knowledge of web technologies like React/Redux and TypeScript
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Rust, or Go
- Experience with web frameworks like Django
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Cornerstone JS
- Background in medical systems (HL7 and DICOM)
- Experience in image processing
- WebAssembly expertise
- Experience with build and deploy tools like Terraform and CI/CD
Compensation package is flexible and can range from 130k to 200k USD base salary depending on your level of experience.
