As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in aggregating data, generating reports through open APIs and analyzing marketing performance to help shape our marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Your day-to-day accountabilities will include tracking conversions, entering data, working in our analytics platform, reviewing reports, crafting insights and communicating with team members to validate results and make the reporting actionable.
We are looking for an entry to mid-level team member who has experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze large sets of marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports on marketing performance metrics, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Campaign Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights to enhance future initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
- Tool Utilization: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining databases and implementing best practices in data management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a marketing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python) and data visualization software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- GA4 Certification
DESIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of experience in a marketing related role
- Individual must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to multitask while meeting numerous daily deadlines
- Experience with a project management tool
