Job Title: Business Support Analyst (Entry Level)
Location: Ashburn, VA 20147 (Hybrid)
Duration: 30-months
Targeted Years of Experience: 0-3 years
Responsibilities
- As part of the sales support team, you will be responsible for responding to review, research and establish Sales Acct & NASP requests using the data and tools provided.
- Assist with CLE review, updated and duplicate cleanups to ensure CLE are unique per customer
- Review requirements, Test and accept new GCH application functionality
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email as necessary.
Must Have Skills (Most Important)
- Strong Skill to be able to manually review data in multiple sources and make connections between them
- Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets usage for data analysis
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to Quickly learn new tools and work in a tea
- Ability to work under tight timelines and meet or beat sla’s
- Ability to support system testing evening/weekends as required
Desired Skills- Customer service support
Education/ Certifications
- High School & Bachelors preferred
- Data analysis certifications preferred
- Para-legal knowledge preferred
