Role Description
Key Requirements:
- Active Epic Certification in Professional Billing and Claims (must be verifiable).
- Minimum 2 years of Epic build, design, and implementation experience in a healthcare organization.
- Ability to meet the onsite requirement of 1 week per month in San Mateo, CA.
- Experience in workflow analysis, application design, and system testing.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Epic modules as part of a new EHR implementation.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project deadlines.
- Document workflows, design decisions, and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to support project go-live readiness.
