Job Description: HR Internship

Position: HR Intern - Unpaid for 2 Months

Location: Remote

Duration: 2 Months

Flexible timing of 2-3 hours a day

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience in various HR functions and provides an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

- Help maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

- Provide support in HR-related projects and initiatives.

- Help in the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures.

- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong interest in HR and people operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience or internships in HR is a plus but not required.
