Overview
The Senior Enterprise Architect role focuses on developing enterprise-wide architecture strategies, aligning IT infrastructure with business goals, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. This position collaborates with business and technology leaders to implement architecture standards and roadmaps that ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business objectives.
- Define, implement, and manage architecture standards and governance to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
- Create technology roadmaps addressing system scalability, performance, and integration across platforms and services.
- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring technology investments optimize business processes.
- Oversee cloud migrations, legacy system modernization, and integration efforts to enhance interoperability.
- Ensure architecture strategies meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Drive innovation through Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations and the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Lead vendor evaluations and manage relationships to ensure alignment with architecture standards.
- Provide guidance to architects and technology teams, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, leading digital transformation projects.
- Extensive experience in cloud migration, application modernization, and systems integration.
- Experience with LeanIX, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and enterprise architecture management systems.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and IT governance.
- Proficiency in API governance, cloud services, security architectures, and microservices.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Expertise in process mapping, business capability modeling, and system design.
- Ability to work in Agile environments and implement scalable solutions.
- Ability to work 8am – 5pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- TOGAF 9 Certified
- Certified SAFe® Architect
- ITIL Foundation Certification
