In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with rigorous external standards (BRC, Kosher, Organic, and more) while building and managing quality systems that set new benchmarks in the industry. Your expertise in food safety legislation and GFSI standards will be invaluable as you work with internal teams and regulatory bodies to uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be working on:
- Leading the compliance efforts for external standards (BRC, GFSI) and driving internal audits that push quality forward.
- Developing and managing supplier and manufacturing quality systems to ensure the highest standards are met at every level.
- Managing consumer and customer complaints to ensure fast, effective resolutions.
- Enhancing food safety defense and control systems to protect both product integrity and the business reputation.
- Providing leadership and coaching to your direct reports, guiding them in continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
