WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a eCommerce Product Fulfillment Manager who will be responsible for maximizing sales, revenue, market share and profit margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. You will be responsible for while providing road maps for the product and guiding the delivery of a product through its life cycle.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects.
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.
Required Experience and Education:
- 5-10+ years of eCommerce experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in the eCommerce space.
- Must have understanding of what API is, how system integration works, etc.
- Understand backend applications - ability to work with technical team.
- Understand product testing - unit testing (QA validation).
