FSTONE Technologies is seeking a Remote WFH Full Time Administrative Assistant with excellent typing skills for a part-time entry level position. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and looking for a flexible work schedule. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our remote team and assisting with various tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and written communication
Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain company files and records
Update and maintain databases
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments
Perform data entry and accurately input information into various systems
Handle confidential information with discretion
Other administrative duties as assigned Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
1-2 years of administrative experience preferred but not required
Proficiency in typing and experience with data entry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
