Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Online Chat Agent at Westco Miljø AS. The Online Chat Agent will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries, providing support and assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. This role requires the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience or training
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms
- Knowledge of waste management or recycling practices is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
