LHH is seeking a Manager of Business Applications.
The Manager, Business Applications will report to the AVP of Business Applications and will help provide leadership and management direction for the full range of information system and business applications activities. This position is responsible and accountable for the development and implementation of results-focused, innovative solutions for a wide range of activities related to technology, process improvement, and project management that serve to support effective business operations, improve performance, and achieve organizational goals. As a member of the management team, this person is expected to participate in planning corporate growth and aligning the strategic plan with the development of information systems.
Requirements:
- Strong project management leadership with the ability to prioritize projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, EDI, CRM, and/or core systems governance.
- Experience in item UOM conversions and attribute data.
- Knowledge of UPC, GS1 data loads, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with process mapping, analysis, and basic data analytics (Excel, Power BI, SQL, ETL, etc.).
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and system security.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the business applications team, managing development, configuration, and integrations.
- Support for incidents and problems related to core business applications.
- Collaborate with business and IT leadership to prioritize project and service requests.
- Provide input to strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Mentor and guide team members in their professional development.
- Oversee key vendor relationships, licensing agreements, and project progress.
- Manage system administration, security, and budget tracking.
