We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the integration of systems and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Project Leadership: Proven experience managing system integration or technology projects with direct oversight.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and align stakeholder expectations and priorities effectively.
- Project Governance: Familiarity with working within established project governance frameworks, including methodologies, templates, and reporting.
- Project Tracking: Extensive experience in planning, tracking, and delivering multiple high-impact projects.
- Process Development: Strong skills in process creation, with the ability to quickly learn, interpret, document, and formalize new procedures.
- Process & Gap Analysis: Expertise in identifying process improvements and conducting gap analysis to enhance efficiency.
- Project Multitasking: Excellent multitasking skills, managing numerous tasks with shifting priorities across a cross-functional environment.
- Requirements Gathering: Hands-on experience in collaborating with business users to collect and document business requirements.
- Deadline Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Agile Experience: Previous working experience in Agile project environments.
- Change Management: Demonstrated experience in managing client expectations and driving successful change management initiatives.
