About the Role
Job Title: Agile Champion/Agile Coach
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Transformation: Lead and support the Agile transformation initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to enhance their Agile capabilities and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring they are productive and focused on delivering value.
- Tool Management: Utilize Jira and Rally to track and manage Agile projects, ensuring transparency and visibility of progress, impediments, and metrics.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate teams and individuals on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance, productivity, and quality of deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, address challenges, and ensure alignment with Agile methodologies.
- Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Agile initiatives and provide regular reports to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile coaching, with a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices in complex environments.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Rally is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive change.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Location: Sunrise, FL 33323
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 – $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
