Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the home improvement industry.
Promen experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and social media.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Goggle Ads, Goggle Analytics, Face book Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Word press.
Familiarity with SEMRUSH, Crazy Egg, or other analytical tools.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively and create engaging marketing content.
Self-starter with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation in digital marketing.
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with home improvement or window treatment industry experience preferred but not required.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
Digital Content/Campaign Management: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and websites, ensuring brand consistency.
Campaign Development/Project Management: Manage projects from concept to execution, collaborating with stakeholders to meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
Content Creation & Management: Work with the graphic/multimedia team to produce videos, blog posts, landing pages, and social media content.
Website Management: Ensure the company website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for SEO.
Social Media Management: Develop content calendars, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to grow the company’s social presence.
SEO Strategy: Implement strategies to improve search rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and social media insights to measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results.
Market Research & Social Listening: Conduct research to identify opportunities and enhance digital marketing efforts.
