As the first full-time copywriter within the rapidly growing creative team at The Toubes Agency, you will help (literally) write the early chapters of the story of the firm, developing and executing exciting and impactful creative work for its global clients.
The Toubes Agency, founded in 2021, is a fully integrated strategic marketing agency producing research-based brand and marketing strategies for B2B clients across the energy, industrial and technology sectors. A team of 12 and growing, the firm is fully remote and has clients in both the US and Europe.
On the creative team, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment where innovation meets strategy – where crafting compelling narratives and dynamic solutions inspires and elevate our clients' brands. The copywriter will help our clients craft their brand voice and messaging, aid in concept development and bring strategic thinking to life through compelling content. They will compose short punchy ad and social copy aimed at converting one day – then dive deep into industry topics via thought leadership content the next. You should have a passion for storytelling and be able to craft dynamic and engaging narratives.
The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Copywriter to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling and the ability to adapt their writing style to suit various brands and platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Strategists, and Account Managers to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences and supports our clients' marketing objectives.
This role is a full-time, remote position with an opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for a variety of mediums, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, ads, presentations and promotional materials.
- Brand Voice Development: Help establish and maintain consistent brand voice across all content for diverse clients.
- Research: Conduct thorough research to understand client industries, target audiences, and market trends, ensuring that all content is relevant and impactful.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative and account teams to develop cohesive marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit copy for clarity, grammar, and style, ensuring all content meets high standards of quality.
- Feedback Incorporation: Accept and integrate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve copy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and projects.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into accessible narratives.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
