WHO ARE WE:

TTI is a health-tech startup helping patients and organizations leverage electronic Patient-Reported

Outcomes (ePRO) and Real-World Data to improve health outcomes. TTI’s leading mobile application, Wave Health, helps patients fight cancer or chronic disease by empowering them with unique health insights based on their own data. TTI also has a web-based connected Care Portal for HCPs to view PRO data, check in with patients, and better manage treatments.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience of our mobile applications (and contribute to some web design) by creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

UX/UI Design:

Create user-centered designs for mobile applications (iOS and Android) with a focus on both usability and aesthetics.
Work with the Product Lead to help translate user needs and business requirements into solutions with engaging interfaces and intuitive user flows.
Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system by incorporating fresh ideas and innovative approaches while maintaining consistency with our established brand identity.
Apply a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, and incorporate insights gathered through user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

Organization & Collaboration:

Maintain organized and well-structured Figma files with meticulous attention to detail (naming conventions, layer organization, etc.).
Leverage UX expertise to proactively drive improvements in our accessibility and localization efforts, including optimizing designs for various screen sizes and languages.
Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
Lead the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of proven experience in designing mobile UX/UI for iOS and Android platforms.
A strong portfolio showcasing your mobile design skills and experience.
Experience with web design and responsive design principles.
Extensive experience with Figma, including proficiency in auto-layout, prototyping, and design system organization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

An understanding of design architecture principles and experience documenting design decisions.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
