Our client in the large retail sector is looking for a
Learning Solutions Designer to join the team and develop innovative, high-quality learning content. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, able to manage multiple projects while designing various learning solutions, including e-learning modules, microlearning, instructional videos, and facilitator guides. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop various learning solutions, including microlearning, e-learning, instructional videos, and facilitator guides.
- Revise and update existing learning content to reflect the latest changes or product updates.
- Analyze the current inventory of learning assets and make recommendations for consolidation and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop learning solutions from start to finish, including defining objectives, creating outlines, developing content, and deploying it to the intended audience.
- Tackle ambiguous learning topics with enthusiasm and resourcefulness, providing creative, learner-centered solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new learning models and design templates.
- Utilize metrics and data analysis to drive learning strategies and evaluate project success.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
- Proficient in Articulate 360 (Advanced level).
- Knowledge of the Adobe Design Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent writing skills, especially in instructional design.
- Experience in video production.
- Familiarity with HTML and SCORM standards.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration (SuccessFactors is a plus).
