The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Packaging Production Manager will lead the creative and technical design processes for Solventum packaging production projects. This role requires a blend of strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership skills to manage the production design team, ensure brand consistency, and oversee the entire production art lifecycle.

- Lead and oversee the production and execution of artwork and small-scale design adaptation for projects simple to complex in scope (packaging design updates, collateral, etc.)
- Manage production team deliverables and support 40% of total team intake to save on costs
- Maintain a high standard of quality control, reviewing and proofing designs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Drive artwork consistency and design content accuracy within both Corporate Brand and Product Brand guidelines.
- Maintain organized printed and online design files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future reference and required audience (ADA compliant Instructions for Use)
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (4) years of production design experience within the creative and/or printing industry
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND (8) years of production design experience within the creative and/or printing industry
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge of FDA regulation and uniform packaging laws and regulations
- Knowledge of healthcare packaging industry
- General understanding of current print processes (gravure, flexo, offset, digital, etc.)
- Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop)
- General understanding of printed packaging file creation
- Proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Adaptable to work in a variety of systems and tools as needed
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary production design team, ensuring collaboration, meeting deadlines, and maintaining brand consistency throughout the entire production art lifecycle.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
