A client of The Intersect Group is seeking to add an IT Support Technician to their team. This individual will be answering and resolving Tier 1 level tickets through a system as well as triaging, fixing printers, handling password resets, and onboarding/offboarding of accounts.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal & written
- Experience working at an IT support center
- Experience creating and maintaining user accounts, install/troubleshoot applications, and perform operating system upgrades at the desktop level.
- Willing to learn, be adaptable and a quick learner
- Able to work in a flexible work environment
Nice to have:
- Have skills working with Microsoft/Windows Azure Directory, Apple IOS/OS and SharePoint.
- Have some knowledge of the Aviation Industry
This role is 5 days onsite in Dallas, Monday-Friday.
