You can juggle a variety of creative requests, bringing them to life with fresh, innovative thinking while staying aligned with brand guidelines. Your portfolio tells the story of your ability to work across multiple platforms and mediums, from print to digital, and you love tackling design challenges that push your creativity. You’re comfortable taking projects from concept to completion, ensuring that every deliverable looks stellar and serves its purpose. You thrive in collaborative environments and know how to manage multiple projects without missing a beat.
We’re looking for someone who not only loves design but also wants to make an impact. Your work will directly influence how financial professionals engage with our brand and offerings, shaping the future of AcquireUp. As a key player on our creative team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow, share new ideas, and play a pivotal role in the development of our brand’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge on designing eye-catching, impactful creative assets that boost our marketing and sales initiatives.
- Create visually compelling sales decks that not only flow seamlessly but also tell a story.
- Design marketing collateral with engaging calls to action to support both sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to refine and maintain design systems that adhere to and
- reinforce pre-existing brand standards.
- Support ongoing creative needs for digital platforms, including social media, website assets and landing pages, digital ads,
- email campaigns, and sales guides.
- Create print materials for conference booths, brochures, flyers, and other physical collateral.
- Develop templates that ensure consistency across various platforms, enabling quicker go-to-market timelines.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure creative deliverables align with business goals and brand objectives.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in-house or at an external agency
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design
- A creative mindset with a track record of developing deliverables that generate action
- Excellent verbal communication and copywriting skills
- Tech-savvy with a knowledge of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, web repositories, etc.)
- Ability to generate high-quality deliverables in a timely manner
- A knack for solving problems… creatively!
- Experience in video production and editing (knowledge of
- After Effects, Premiere, or similar tools is a plus)
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign,
- Photoshop), Canva, Figma, PowerPoint (Template generation)

Compensation
$60k-$70k annually, based on experience
