The Role
We are looking for a
Copywriter & Content Editor with a strong background in strategic communications to join us in The Lab and serve an important client that is blazing trails in the FinTech space.

You're a talented communications pro who can solve creative problems in English and Spanish, persuasively crafting messaging that resonates with diverse audiences, and have fun doing it. You have a strong understanding of finance, banking, and technology. You're a manager of time, space, and people. You're someone whom everyone wants to work with. What You'll Do
Working closely with our agency and directly with our FinTech client, you'll create engaging and persuasive copy for various vehicles and platforms, including website updates and edits, app copy and edits, blog posts, external copy for client newsletters and press, and internal memos to employees. Your writing will amplify the brand voice, tone, and personality internally and externally.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Leveraging and executing content strategy and creative briefs to tell brand stories that inform, inspire, drive conversion, and deliver upon project goals and KPIs
- Working directly with client and partner teams to deliver on projects while providing strategic insight both to internal and external clients
- Concepting and creating advertising copy for blog articles, digital videos, emails, social media, etc.
- Updating and editing copy and content across digital platforms
- Taking creative direction and turning high-quality work around quickly to meet deadlines
Requirements
- 7–10 years of work experience in marketing and communications
- English fluency and writing expertise in English and Spanish
- Experience writing content for digital properties
- Experience with multicultural audiences is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to help create and execute content strategies that help build a brand, drive engagement, and deepen relationships with target audiences
- Banking and financial services experience a plus (but not required)
