Job Title: Research Analyst

Duration: 6 months
We are seeking a talented Research Analyst with a deep understanding of machine learning (ML) deployments, distributed systems, and scaling strategies. This role focuses on optimising large-scale ML models, particularly generative models, and enhancing their deployment infrastructure. You will work closely with research teams to improve the stability, performance, and scalability of cutting-edge ML models. Strong proficiency in PyTorch is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance codebase for high-performance machine learning deployments using PyTorch.
- Collaborate with researchers to improve test and stability pipelines for large-scale machine learning
- Optimize distributed systems for machine learning model deployment
- Implement and refine scaling strategies for large-scale generative models.
Required skills :
- Strong proficiency in PyTorch and distributed systems
- Deep understanding of scaling challenges and benefits for large-scale machine learning models
- Expertise in generative modeling techniques
- Experience with test automation and stability pipelines for ML systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with research teams
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Published research or significant contributions to open-source ML projects
- Experience with large distributed ML workflows.
