Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage travel schedules for clients
- Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless travel experience
- Maintain and update travel records and itineraries
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Stay informed about travel trends, deals, and destination information
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be bilingual
- Must reside and have work authorization in Mexico
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online tools and applications
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must have a smart phone or computer with a stable internet connection
