Position: AR/Collections Clerk

Location: Livermore - 100% On-site

Duration: Temporary to hire

Pay: $26-30/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Diligently following up on delinquent accounts and subrogation claims
Monitoring aging accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments
Performing account maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues within our software systems

Top Priorities:

Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through claims and collections tasks
Ownership of job responsibilities and proactive approach to problem-solving
Use excellent communication skills to provide customer service to clients
Resourcefulness in managing non-integrated systems and adapting to changing requirements
