Job Title: Developer (Contract-to-Hire)
We are seeking a talented developer who, under direct supervision, will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, modifying, and debugging software applications. This is a contract-to-hire role, and only U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders will be considered due to the nature of the position.
The ideal candidate will write web applications to support the client’s Motor Carrier Compliance Division, focusing on managing the approval process, time and task management, and automating approval workflows. Additionally, the developer will have the opportunity to create a brand-new portal for the Regulatory Compliance Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications to streamline compliance processes.
- Design and implement time and task management features.
- Automate multi-level approval workflows.
- Contribute to the development of a new regulatory compliance portal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and web application design.
Technical Skills:
- Web application development using C#, VB.NET, and SSRS.
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Experience in designing multi-level approval processes.
- Familiarity with building query tools.
Tools & Technologies:
- .NET development (C# and VB.NET)
- SQL Server Database (Stored Procedures/Triggers)
- Web services, JSON, HTML, AJAX, MVC
