Position: Inside Sales Representative

Salary: $44K + Quarterly Incentives ($100k+ earning potential) + 3 weeks vacation, benefits and 401K
Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-up. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify potential clients and convert leads into loyal customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective customers
- Establish and maintain communication with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to identify sales opportunities.
- Explain and demonstrate product features and benefits, answer potential customers' questions, and provide additional information as needed
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas while upselling products and services.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years sales experience
- Self-motivated to hit KPI’s and targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong listening abilities.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong phone presence, and exceptional customer service aptitude.
