Position Overview
We invite you to join our talented remote team as an Agile Product Coach. This role offers a unique opportunity to mentor and empower product owners in embracing Agile methodologies and best practices while collaborating closely with our federal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert coaching to product owners on Agile principles and best practices, with a focus on Data Science projects.
- Educate product owners on establishing and maintaining a prioritized and value-driven product backlog.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor product owners in developing and sustaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that product objectives resonate with business needs.
- Assist in crafting clear product visions and roadmaps that reflect both business goals and customer feedback.
- Monitor and introduce key product-related metrics, such as customer satisfaction and delivery efficiency, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile coaching, product ownership, or product management, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
- Proven track record of guiding product owners in Agile practices and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of data science and data engineering principles.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and addressing challenges within product development workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

Compensation And Benefits
The expected salary for this position ranges from \(120,000 to \)140,000 annually, commensurate with skills, experience, and location. We offer excellent compensation packages, including comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
