This individual must live, be willing to relocate, or commute to the La Crosse, WI area.
Qualifications: Prefer at least 3-5 years in the carwash industry with project management experience. This person should have knowledge of the carwash industry, carwash equipment, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, & modern construction practices. Additional qualifications include: strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to collect, analyze, and interpret information into meaningful results; lead, teach, and persuade others through cooperation and teamwork; ability to provide co-workers and vendors with timely and professional job performance feedback; exercise sound judgment within company guidelines; follow and enforce company policies; meet department deadlines; ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision; maintain schedule to complete projects on time and budget; strong organizational skills; excellent customer service skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
Location: Candidate must reside in the states we operate (WI, MN, IA, UP of MI, IL SD)
Work schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday with some travel and some overnights. The hours may vary and are based on the needs/schedules of the Store Engineering department. The average workweek is approximately 45 hours. Flexibility in schedule.
