Responsibilities
Leading the technical team responsible for:
Technical Support and escalation to vendor Release Management
Infrastructure (Solutions are SaaS, however some servers are client) Security
Interfaces (HR, Medical Device, Lab Tests)
Application Configuration
Assistance with application and development troubleshooting
Working with Product Owner and Scrum Master on alignment with project objectives
Skills Required
Cority Software Experience (strongly desired but not mandatory)
Team Leadership
Problem solving skills – self-driven
Good communication skills, ability to work directly with business representatives
Standard Working Hours – any US time zone
Windows Server basic knowledge (scheduler, configuration, BAT files)
MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
