Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Efficiently process order requests and ensure accurate entry into the system.
- Client Inquiries: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing exceptional customer service.
- Freight Scheduling: Assist with scheduling freight pickups and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Team Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members in the office and warehouse to ensure seamless operations.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions and order details for reference and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
