This experienced Senior Experience Designer will collaborate with fellow designers, stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to plan, design, and develop digital products for the enterprise space. The UX Designer should demonstrate empathy for users, possess strong problem-solving skills, and effectively communicate the rationale behind their designs. The ideal candidate has a broad range of design expertise and is well-versed in the latest interaction and design standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver holistic digital experiences.

- Create flows, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate user experiences.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Proficient in Figma
- Experience designing for mobile and web applications
- Strong user advocacy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts
- Familiar with user-centered design and iterative processes
- Comfortable presenting and explaining design solutions to stakeholders
