Title: Creative Program Manager - Marketing Events I
Location: Remote bit in Desired hubs
Duration: 11/11/2024 to 01/31/2025, (It will be 6 months period confirmed)
Near to Chicago, NY, Atlanta, San Francisco, Indiana
Entire team is located nearby San Francisco, CA
Every other week APAC or AMEA call
Requirements
Working with digital agencies
Little bit of budget management
Print and digital is great to have.
Event or Creative experience
Real Estate will be plus
Experience in creative events (Will focus on events more)
Real estate marketing will be plus
Tools
Excel, Asana, Internal intake programs (Teachable)
Slack, Google Suites, Hangouts
Responsible for:
Assessing new project requests
Identifying scope and missing requirements
Creating and managing associated project plan
Monitoring and reviewing project progress
Adjusting schedules and plans as needed
Identifying and resolving issues to ensure project success
Coordinating all activities of the project team
Ensuring that project tasks are completed by:
Scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.,)
Documenting and communicating action items
Maintaining weekly status reports
Communicating status/project updates out to partners
Accountable for All project deliverables, including reviewing accuracy and quality control of deliverables prepared by the team prior to submission to partners
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
4+ years creative project management experience, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
Experience managing cross-functional teams (designers, art directors, creative directors, studio production designers, copywriters) and vendor partners (video animation, photographers, illustrators, experiential production)
Experience in print, digital, and/or advertising production timelines and process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
